This Tiger Giving Day, we’re raising $10,000 for future Auburn Engineering students.
The Office of Recruiting and Scholarships has several exciting initiatives to garner interest in engineering from an early age.
Student organizations have the opportunity to receive funds and contribute to inspiring the next generation of future engineers. If the organization volunteers for our current outreach programs, then they can request to receive K-12 outreach funds to run their own hands-on programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. Programs must be hands-on and collaborate with the Office of Recruiting and Scholarships.
Your generosity will also support virtual K-8 field trips, where we are able to host classes that might not otherwise be able to visit our campus. Tiger Giving Day funds pay for and allow the Office of Recruiting and Scholarships to send a box of supplies to teachers. The hands-on projects are facilitated through a live Zoom session with our staff and students.
And finally, your support would enable us to continue our outreach through our access initiatives. These initiatives include everything from scholarships to mailed engineering coloring books.
Your donations on Tiger Giving Day help us to make sure that Auburn Engineering is not the best-kept secret in engineering anymore—the word is out, and we’re ready to recruit the next Auburn engineers.
