Empower Alabama Prison Arts + Education Project with Tech

It’s proven that access to cutting-edge technological tools bolsters student success. 

Auburn University students working at Staton Correctional Facility and Tutwiler Prison with the Alabama Prison Arts + Education Project need your support to increase capabilities for online learning and knowledge of software for design-related fields.

Currently, there are 80 Auburn University students working toward degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies. They have baseline computer and program access, but many need to develop their skillsets in software packages that will assist them in the future educational endeavors.

This Tiger Giving Day we are raising funds to support three laptop computers with the Adobe Design Suite, as well as 2-4 webcams for classrooms that will benefit not only Auburn students, but participants in the Alabama Prison Arts + Education Project.
